What this means is that the meaning isn't really complicated. It literally just means to work hard. It's telling you to work hard. Being successful doesn't just happen. You need to work for your success. Success pays off in the end when you actually work for it. It's like all the harsh challenges you face right now will reward you later with a greater outcome of what you expected. Block two: Enthusiasm
"It is the engine that powers all blocks of the pyramid. It is why i close industriousness and enthusiasm as the cornerstones of my Pyramid of success. It is where everything begins."
What this means is that being enthusiastic about something is a good thing. By being enthusiastic you're already guaranteeing your success. Enthusiasm motivates you and helps you keep the good thoughts into place. Enthusiasm is a good way to motivate yourself. It's a good way because the more excited you are the more you'll want to do it. The more you want to do it the more likely that you'll get it done.
